MaxyLogic specializes in software development services, including but not limited to mobile application development (iOS, Android, Cross-platform), web development, UI/UX design, and technical consulting for HealthTech and FinTech industries. All services provided are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) to be signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MaxyLogic and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from MaxyLogic for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
